The library continues to be a favorite destination among Americans
According to McCarthy (2020), "Visiting the library remains the most common cultural activity Americans engage in, by far." A Gallup Poll conducted in 2019 includes data for physical trips to the library, but patrons, like Lakeland students, faculty, and staff, also virtually visit the library via the library homepage many times a year. See the full Gallup report for more details, and take advantage of the many resources your library offers, both physical and digital. We are here to help you!
