Faculty Guidance: Signing Up for an Employee Assistance Program Account

For Lakeland employees and their family members only. To set up your login and activate your account:

1. Visit www.myimpactsolution.com
2. Click on "My Life Expert Login"
3. Click on Sign up Here next to "Create a new account with your company code"
4. Company code: lakeland
5. Follow the instructions in the activation email that you will receive
